Problem most likely is the lever possibly is loose on the shaft that attaches itself to the rooster comb. The park rod is attached to that. This lever is the one that is attacked to the shift cable....

With the fuel bowl, anything that’s attached to it is all Fleetguard. The heater is replaceable.

No. Time to pull it and repair. Seal is fairly simple to replace. However if the seal is leaking chances are the converter bushing is worn out and causing the leak.

Pressure is wacked. 55 to 65 low side 215 to 250 high side. Depending on standard day condition. Plus or minus 5 psi both is acceptable based on altitude and temp.
