Update .
BC took the truck to a dyno event on saturday . The truck did not do as well as I would have expected BUT....
They found out that it was spinning the tires on the rollers. That was at 500+ on the dyno. 
No matter how they latched it down it would spin the tires not the rollers. This was at 10% load factor.
