Finally I have figured it out.
The 404 code is generated by a phrase or certain text . I just got off of the horn with UBB and Lunerpages . The problem exists in LunarPages Server as a mod_security Apache add-on. I have made a ticket on this so hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Until then if you encounter this error try using a different phrase to make your point. It does not like c a t i s. Take the spaces away but leave one in between t and i . This is one phrase that it will not accept.
This was not UBB's problem but rather the server.
