Sigh. I felt bad.
Avatars made a priority and fixed (my Christmas Gift to the members) Enjoy!
Also, reloaded some missing images in the How To section. I would appreciate the authors reviewing their individual articles, and telling me if we are missing pics. If so, here's the help I need in order to restore the How To section:
1) Review article
2) If you see an "X" where the image should be, right click the X, select PROPERTIES and record the image name directory on a notepad for yourself or better yet, paste the directory in an email to myself.
Example (made up):
http://www.dieselram.com/images/XYZ/1.jpg
"http://www.dieselram.com/images/XYZ/" is the directory
"1.jpg" is the file name (in this case a jpg photo)
3) Do this for all images in your article.
4) You'll need to figure out which photo matches up with the "X". You'll have a different name on your PC than what is on our server.
5) Attach images from your computer in an email. Just type in an example of the picture directory from step "2" . This will tell me which article YOUR pics should go.
6) CRITICAL! MAKE SURE EACH PICTURE IS NAMED EXACTLY AS IT APPEARED IN STEP 2.
7) Also ensure each picture is NO BIGGER than 640 x 480 for the HOW TO articles.
8) So long as I know which email package is for which article, I'll be able to reload the photos without too much grief. The photos names may not make sense to you, as I organized and renamed all the photo directories for the article in which they appeared.
That's about it. Thanks gents...I just don't think there's any other way of repairing the HOW TO section.
